Retailers’ Staff Training Programs

AmCan® has a department of product educators that conducts product training on a daily basis to retailers across our network. Product training is given by our qualified product educators and is done at the retailer premises or in our dedicated training centers. These training programs are highly regarded as it is important that the consumers are well informed on our products by staff members within our retail network. 

Annual Conferences

By cooperating with our key suppliers, we conduct annual conferences in which we invite key speakers from abroad to present new innovations, products, industry trends and other related topics. Such events are directed at retailers and key influencers such as doctors, trainers, public figures, and also government officials within the health sector.

Online Marketing Activities

Given that we are in the digital age, is it necessary to ensure marketing practices are composed both traditionally and online. Online marketing is the most efficient form of marketing as it can precisely and accurately target audiences to relay advertisement based on their selected areas of interest. Our consumer audience are gathered via Facebook and Google advertisement channels.  Within our online advertisement, we have also included “participate and win” campaigns in which customers participate by sharing social media posts in order to win an item. This promotes products to trend within the social media databases and raises awareness to the brands and their product lines. Although English is widely used within the Middle East region, there is a considerable population that prefers to read in Arabic rather than English. As such, we have worked with some of our key vendors on translating their entire product related website pages into Arabic in order to increase their brand and products local awareness to that consumer audience.
